NoHo Duplex
	Renovation of a one-and-a-half story apartment to provide sleeping loft on mezzanine. To broaden the visual expanse of the spaces and relieve the awkward proportions, the top half of the wall between the bedroom and living room was demolished and clerestory opening windows were installed. Custom metal ledges were constructed for the owner’s art collection.
